A vaccine is a dead virus.... if you get exposed to the live virus, you get sick.

Hand sanitizers work 99.9% of the time. Anti-bacterial soaps need scrubbing to make sure they work. Germs don't evolve against hand sanitizers. Doctors constantly sanitize their hands... I don't think they get sick more than regular folk. *shrug*

To help keep from getting sick I sanitize my hands often. I keep a bottle of hand sanitizer at my desk at work after I use the water cooler, the copy machine, or anything else that gets touched by lots of germy people.
