Lost 5.8 lbs this week. Thanks for this group to keep me on track. First week loss is always more so hope I can stay motivated this week as weight loss prob won't be as much.

Agreed that it is so hard to sustain a weight loss plan. I do well a few days or weeks and then give up after a 5-10 pound loss and end up where I started. Vicious cycle. Would love support from this website.

To Heather_RT ~ I have never tried the Fat Smash diet, but have just been reading about it online. I want to try phase one starting tomorrow so any advice or support would be great to jump start my 10 pound loss by Christmas. The hardest part is giving up diet fountain sodas....I drink a lot of it!
