I have made this. Yes, it is that easy and yes it is delicious. Top with fat free cool whip if your daily calories allow. So yummy

New to this group but excited to find a group of people like me......I think when I hit my 40's my metabolism came to a halt! Just going to put my weight in for today. Lost 18 total since Thanksgiving and been fluctuating within the same 2-3 pounds for 3 weeks now. I should not be stuck already with so much more to lose.…

scrambled egg whites with jimmy dean precooked turkey sausage crumbles. toast a Thomas English muffin for 100 calories to go with it. Filling, very low cal and quick to fix. I fix my eggs with sausage in microwave while muffin toasts. Just cover bowl with eggs as they tend to "explode".

I keep reading posts about the 30 days shred. You have dvd's or using youtube? I would like to try at some point.
