Wow! At least you got a lot of exercise in! I'm always trying to make a schedule. And it never works for me. Something always goes awry. LOL... I've found that works best for me is creating a schedule and also a back up plan and, if all else fails, I just get on the treadmill when I have a few spare minutes.:smile: Good…

I think a lot of us have the same problem, but that's why we're here, right? I've only been doing this for 2 weeks now, but already I'm finding that, just knowing that other people can see what I log for food and knowing that they are there for support, totally helps!

I absolutely know where you're coming from!! Just today I stepped on the scale and I almost cried. I have eaten everything I was supposed to and added so much exercise to my daily routine... and I gained weight! I'm not sure how it happens... but I'm not giving up.
