I would choose the salad, but without the boiled egg, and no cheese. Also you can ask that the fish, shrimp, not be cooked in oils, or butters.. Choice fat free, or light dressing. Stay away from breads and fried stuff. Good luck and have fun.....

I think we all should wear what we want to, but with that being said, no one wants to see a bunch of fat hanging out every where either. I guess it all depends on how big they are.. I weigh 169.5 right now, and I wear one at home, around my pool, with only my husband around, but I wouldn't wear it any where else right…

I would leave that person. If they really cared and loved you, they would want a healthier you. It sounds like to me, that they are worried about you looking hot, and other people looking at you.... lose the S/O and the weight too, it would be the best thing for you.. Good luck....

I feel for you, Last August I fell and broke both of my ankles. I wasn't able to walk at all. I suggest you try to do something with your arms, and watch your diet, because you won't be moving around like you usually do....Good luck...

I do it about two times a month, for about three days in a row. I like it, and it always helps me loose about 1 to 1.5 pounds. But I couldn't do it all the time, I love real food...

I use Sarah Lee light bread, sugar free syrup, and I use egg whites, and skim milk....OMG, I know what I'm making this weekend for breakfast...LOL...

I eat 1200 a day, and I have lost 61 lbs since 1/14/13, So it works for me.. I agree with you, everyone is different, and what works for one , may no work for another..

I really don't eat much of it anymore. I might have it 1 time a week. I use lettuce to wrap my lunch meat, tomatoes, and what ever I want on it that day. First of all, you will be fine.. You need to face the scale, and see what it say's. It might be good, or might be bad, either way you should face it.. We all slip up every once in a while, but move on, It's called life. The most important thing is that you learn from it. Good luck, and keep going...

I measure out portion sizes of cereal, and eat them like popcorn(no Milk).Yogurt, fruit, and you can also eat non breakfast foods, for breakfast.

I think it depends on how much you weigh, and how much fat you have to lose. It will come off different for everyone. I lost alot of weight the first 90 days, and then it started to slow down. I've lost 59 lbs since 1/14/13, and I feel great. Good luck with your journey, and be proud with yourself...:happy:
