Day 1 of level 2 DONE! Level 2 definitely kicks it up a notch, but is do-able, especially after 10 days at level 1. Get ready for some high knees and lots of plank positions, ladies!

I know this is a little premature, but for those of you thinking of doing ripped in 30 next would you be interested in doing a group for that one too? I feel so much more motivated knowing I'm not alone!

I do a 30 min./4 mile bike ride in the am with my two year old on the back of the bike and 30 DS at night. Waiting for killer buns and thighs to arrive in the mail, then I'm adding that in too.

A little late checking in...finished day 7, level 1 last night....starting to feel a tiny bit better at the modified push-ups. Yay!

I'm using 5 lb. weights, so I only do one arm at a time with the anterior raises/side lunges. I also substitute tricep kick-backs for the chest flies sometimes. :) I figured as long as I'm moving...

Day 6 level 1 done!...even found a workout buddy tonight. :) I am so happy the soreness lessens each day...today I could feel what I worked during yesterday's workout, but wasn't uncomfortable. Great job everyone!

I was so sore after day 1...was so scared of what pain day 2 would bring, but I have to say I've been less sore each day. Did day 4 last night and no pain today. Keep going....it doesn't get easier, just more do-able and less painful. Is anyone having trouble with those front arm lifts with the side lunges? My smallest…

I hate the push-ups and the front arm raises with the side lunge. I love the abs and that it's over in 20 minutes!

I have been logging it as 20 min. of circuit training, but was wondering if there was a better option.
