I recently started Pilates (thanks class pass!) I’ve done mat (not my favorite), tower (favorite), reformer (seond favorite) and megaformer (hard but I think I like it) I also do a lot of barre classes. I CANNOT get into yoga for the life of me.

I love JIF! I use if for my sandwiches... but for my PB and apples I get PB2... you can get it on amazon.com I use 2 tablespoons of the PB@ and 1.5 tablespoons of water (they suggest 1 tablespoon of water). It is quite yummy.

Man I love the women's only area! It has most of the machines that are in the 'co-ed' area, free weights, and 4 treadmills 2 bikes and 2 ellipticals.

I signed a 4 year contact for $600 (i'd arleady been a member for 3 years). The gym is pretty cheepo and there are always weird men staring at the women but I always just go into the women's only section.

Thanks!!! I usually get weightlifting in through this impact (kinda a lower end of crossfit) class but I should add more free weights/kettle bells.

Hey 5'4, 164lbs, 30% body fat I sit at at desk all day (8hours) go to class 2 twice a week hours) and my commute to class is 1 hour each way (so 4 hours). I workout 5-6 times a week -I am tracking my exercise but maybe it is private? I've typically been doing pure barre and running sometimes i throw a boot camp in there.

DON'T DO ALLI - My fam and I 'tried it out' when it first came out way back when. If i remember the rules were to eat less than 10 grams of fat per meal (we at a lean cusine that had like 7 grams of fat). I haven't even heard of carb-cycling! I'll do some research on it! So far the past month i've lost .5 from my waist, 1 from my hips and 0 from my bust. So I guess that is progress!!

I usually don't eat cereal I just didn't have time last week to make my 'home made egg mcmuffin' 1 egg (doing egg whites this time) 1 slice of ham 1 whole wheat english muffin. The frozen meals are a big crutch :( I'm trying to limit it to once or twice a week. Thanks for the tips!

I've switched from high intensity (boot camp style) everyday to doing pure barre DVDs 3 times a week, running (when I can) and boot camp 1-2 times a week. I strive to work out 6 days but usually work out 4-5 days a week.

I always get a caramel frap light or a caramel machiatto with skim milk (hott or cold)

I love peanut butter and apples.. Also if you need to save some cals I use PB2 and apples.

I do two things of metamucil - one in the morning one in the evening. Works like a charm.
