My diary is open! I can't say I always eat the best things, but I am logging consistently and my diary is open for all to see. I am developing a pattern so I can pick out when and why I eat bad things and work a way to fix it or replace those things with healthy things. :)

Use Chobani plain 0% mixed with cucumber, mint and garlic as a sandwich. BETTER THAN ANY CHEESE OR MAYO OR DRESSING. I promise.

Wanna know whats awesome on veggis and stuff? The "holy trinity": Olive Oil, Lemon Juice (or Vinegar) and salt. This is low in fat, high in flavor and brightens any dish.

Mine did. Most apple shaped people do. I am hourglass, but I also carry all my weight in my hip/*kitten*/stomach. It sucks. But thats what the ab workouts are for.

Why do you want to see your hipbones? I feel like that's an unhealthy goal. You sound like you have body dysmorphia. I am no mental health professional, but I know what is because I have slight dymorphia my self.

^^^^THIS What I usually do is mash the avocado with some olive oil and some herbs and spices that correspond with the protien I am eating. Avo-Egg salad is my fave, flavored with paprika, seasoned salt, crushed black pepper, and herbs de provence.

You can cut the calories drastically if you get fat free wheat bread. Two slices is 80 cals. It cuts it from 500 cals to 300 which is average for a meal, which the sandwich is.
