I think because I'm too tall, not thin, and apparently men aren't a fan of women being smarter than them. Chicago is THE WORST city for dating!

I have food allergies so this would happen to me quite often. What I've done is that I try to find out where we are going out ahead of time and I would see if I can find a menu and plan out my meal that way. If there was nothing suitable on the menu, I would end up not going. Ditching isn't ideal, but it is better for me…

The easiest would be steamed/roasted veggies (brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, etc). If you like rice side dishes, I recommend making cauliflower rice in lieu of rice. I personally really like to make noodles out of zucchini, yellow squash, or sweet potatoes and cook that up and put a little goat cheese or feta…

I have to do gluten free so I've largely been following a paleo diet and my MFP dietary settings are the keto settings. I make sure I eat a lot of protein and veggies and watch my carb and sugar intake - so far it's working for me as I've lost a little over 30 pounds. It's happening pretty slowly, but I'd rather a slow…

Chili, soup/stews, pulled pork, roasted whole chicken and veggie sides, zucchini noodles and pasta sauce with giant meatballs - you can get a lot of meals out of these! I typically make a big batch on Sundays and then eat that every day for lunch during the work week.

New friends! My goal is to lose 40 pounds (so 70 total). I've found that paleo mostly works well for me and my dietary goals on MFP are in line with keto goals, in addition to eating gluten free. So any fellow paleo glutards out there? :)
-
I kind of make up my own diet as I go along. I have to go gluten free and dairy free, so I use a lot of paleo recipes and I modify them as needed. I set MFP dietary goals to keto diet goals and I primarily track my carb and sugar intake. I'm not too concerned about calories and fat as I'm always under those goals. I eat…

I am gluten intolerant and what you're describing most certainly sounds like a food allergy. It is most likely gluten or wheat. The concerning part is that fruit is also bothering you - perhaps you are reacting to a specific sugar? Food allergies can do a lot of damage not just to your digestive system, but to other organs…

The only thing that's worked for me has been squats. But you have to do a ton of them, every day. And once you quit, it comes back. Dammit!!
