Good evening, When does the week begin for this group? Back to school for me after 12 days off. Feeling good about this new year! We just had 2 feet of snow over the weekend and I've been snowshoeing and shoveling and cross-country skiing. It's so easy to burn calories when you're doing something you love to do! So my exercise for Sunday = 90 minutes of snowshoeing
