What is your activity level set at? I want to lose 100lbs more and MFP has me at 1250 cals and I'm set at sedentary. So if you're lightly/active, that might be right on.

How often do you go to the grocery store? Once a week, and I only buy what is on my list How can you eat healthy but keep food for a (just in case) meal? We all eat healthy and I dont keep extra food just in case. Even unhealthy snacks like chips are planned. Do you eat the same food as your family? We all eat the same…

Uh ok....without seeing what you eat, the only advice I can give is simply eat more. Good luck.
-
Also, why do you think you need to lose weight? 145 for your height is a healthy weight.

Make your food diary public.

I gained 4 lbs in a week. Water retention and constipation (probably from being dehydrated). If you know for certain that you didnt eat 3 x 3500 calories to gain 3 lbs, then you need to focus on other reasons. And I'm pretty sure those reasons can be cured with drinking a lot of water.

Thats your bmr? What is your height/weight??

It wasnt a lot of calories, but I WAS looking forward to a huge bowl of popcorn with butter, popped myself in a pot. The butter (only 50 calories too) ruined the whole bowl. I ate it still, lol, but I was disappointed.

How fast did you set your goal to? 1kg per week? Because that would be why its set for too low. Since you dont have that much to lose, set a less aggressive pace: .25 per week. Also, did you set it for sedentary while you might be lightly active or active? If you are on your feet at all during the day, not counting actual…

I bake veggies (generally carrots, broccoli or cauliflower) that were shaken with a bit of oil and some herbs or parm cheese. I fry brussels sprouts and green beans in bacon grease with lots of garlic (and ofc the bacon). I wrap asparagus and green beans in pancetta. Make a sauce from scratch.

I only regret it if the meal wasnt what I expected. Although I regret 'healthy' meals too if it tasted bad or was bad quality.

We're eating this this week too, but I'll use greek yoghurt instead of sour cream, and plain bouillon instead of canned soup. Hope it tastes good!

My goal is at least 25 pounds. Then I'll have lost 50 lbs this year. Nice even number.

Press edit at the top or slide the exercise with your finger to the right and a delete button will appear.

Well, if you're gaining, I would first look at your portions. Are you measuring with a scale or cups or eyeballing? You need to be precise. Also, do you log everything you put in your mouth? Are you eating your exercise calories back? Get a heart monitor to see how much you burn and eat back anything thattakes you below…

There are 1000g in a kilogram. If it measures in kilos, I think its a person weight scale. A food scale should measure in grams.

I eat the same thing every day. A bowl of 7 grain hot cereal, 20g honey and 75mL milk, with a 1L pot of english blend tea (half water, half scalded milk).

I eat 1350 cals and have cheese (Gouda or cottage cheese) everyday.
-
Are these your only options?
-
I like salty foods. Chips, fries, savoury foods. Sweet food makes me feel ill if I eat even a normal portion.
-
It'd be easier to give advice if your food diary was public.

You dont have to eat them back, but if I'm hungry and I have some calories freed up from exercise, I eat. Welcome to MFP. Best of luck on your weight loss. You can do it! :)
-
I'd look up the individual ingredients and estimate weight as best I could.

Talk to a nutritionist. Your dr doesnt even know what RDA is. Red flag!

100g is a pretty normal portion in my house. They only come in 500g packages or less where I live, and I have to feed a family of five, so...

Plain old vanilla bean.

1. If you had to pick the four pillars of a healthy lifestyle, what would they be? A way to relieve stress, sleep, tasty food and enjoyable exercise/movement 2. Do you think certain foods are addictive? No, I think its psychological. 3. "A normal person would find it more sustainable to eat a healthy and balanced diet, not…

Actually, it IS ok! You shouldnt hate yourself or your body for any reason, even as motivation for weight loss. How sad.

Stomach, butt and face.

I've lost 24 lbs and 3.5 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my hips and 2.3 inches off my chest. I like seeing both, but I am more interested in my measurements. Weight doesnt matter to me as much.
