Bumping for more replies. I see a lot of mentions of the Polar FT4 and the FT40. I want a more accurate count of my exercise calorie burn. I have the Garmin 305, but that calculates outdoor calories.

Thanks for this. I tried to fast yesterday for a doc appt and ended up famished, weak & eating before the appt anyway. TOM was not a good time to attempt a fast. What impact does TOM have on weight?

Buy a very expensive designer handbag at my goal weight. I already have it picked out. I can picture myself in it in a new suit, with my heels, my hair freshly done & my new bag. I'm going to do a half day spa service at the Elizabeth Arden/Red Door when I am halfway to my goal.

I used to love my group classes but besides that I really liked being left alone when I was working on the machines so that I could focus on the weights or read my magazines on the cardio machines. Going to the gym to spend time talking to people seemed like a waste of my gym time.

Why don't you start a group here for support with links to articles and suggestions for staying dry? There are probably a lot of drinkers here who are keeping it dry this holiday season for a lot of different reasons.

Saute spinach, tomatoes, onions - sprinkle with a little italian seasoning & parmesan or feta cheese I also dump frozen spinach into stews that are slow cooking overnight with lots of veggies like turkey vegetable chili or curry black beans & chicken
