I have the Charge HR but the short battery life is a deal breaker. It has to be charged every other day. I am going to return it. The Charge HR at Costco comes with 2 chargers. Yes, a person can be happy being extremely overweight. If a person's happiness is limited to some area of her life not being exactly how she wants it, that is a recipe for being miserable because there is always something about your life or your appearance that could change or be improved for most people.

I hope a new challenge starts in February. I would love to join. Drinking increases my appetite and lowers my inhibitions regarding my food choices. I tend to eat more of what I want instead of and less I what I should when I drink.

Most recently $10 at Planet Fitness - not worth it; then $10 at Gold's Gym - worth it. Much better atmosphere and equipment. Gold's has a $40 annual fee. I usually stop my membership before the annual fee is due and go back later after running season is over.

Wear my old clothes. I have too many clothes in different sizes and they take up a lot of space. I given myself until July 2015 to get rid of sizes I don't need - I want it to be the bigger sizes. Also, Walmart accepts anyone's ads - even for groceries. For example, you could use an Aldi ad at Walmart and further reduce your produce pricing.

I used to go to buffets all the time when I was dating a guy who enjoyed the buffets and I had the pounds to show for it. I rarely do buffets now. I will be going to Fogo de Chao in the coming weeks - not buffet but all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse - for an annual birthday celebration.
