I am working on losing baby weight so getting to my pre-baby weight will be a huge milestone, but my short term milestone is to get in the 170s, specifically 172, which was my weight at the end of 2010.

Green smoothie. Your favorite fruits/veggies topped off with baby spinach. There are a ton of variations. I like a couple slices of frozen banana, frozen berries, cucumber or celery & spinach.

Do you know your distance? I think the avg. calorie burn is around 100 calories per mile whether it's walking or running.

I definitely care about how I look and I want to wear a certain size. Most of my nicer clothing is a much smaller size.

I fell off the wagon last week, but I plan to return tonight with a scheduled and a missed workout. I really want to finish this session with no missed workouts. My 9 week program ends on 12/30.
