Yes, and it is very simple. Two eggs, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 20 ounces lean or extra lean turkey burger, and seasonings to taste. That makes such a good basic burger.

I would say like another poster to try not to gain more than 30lbs. It really depends on the person how much of the weight gain is fat and how much is baby, placenta, uterus, breast tissue, amniotic fluid, and everything. Some people lose just the baby weight after having a baby and other people ( like me) lose like 50 lbs…

I would like to know this too. I have similar problems and when I lost weight ( 60 lbs) and started exercising ( walking over an hour several times a week and doing weight machines) last time it did not change.

That's good to hear. I would like to lose boob size. People think having big boobs is so great, but it really is not. I would much rather have B or C sized boobs. They would be much more useful at that size and much perkier.

I take Zoloft (100 mgs) and really like it. It helps me with binging and anxiety. I have not wanted to binge in over 2 months. It has not effected my weight loss at all and I think it reigns in my appetite a little.

I think you can still have fast food sometimes. You should set up a budget in cash of the amount you plan to spend on it in a month and only use that to purchase fast food. Of course you can totally cut it out too, but that may be too hard.

That is definitely good advice. Eating 2000 calories when your TDEE is 4000 is going to make anyone super hungry, cranky, and miserable. I get super hungry when I go anywhere below 1000 calories under my TDEE.

You can change your food goal percentages I think if you go up to the home tab and then goals and then select custom goals and adjust it to what you would like to follow ( less than 100gms carbs and probably more fat and protein.)
