AF - 10 A - 1 Feeling pretty good but the AF is a little bit harder with the kids back in school and all of the activities happening. I'm noticing much more of a craving at night. Hopefully that will get better.

Thank you! Started back up in Rd 247, loved how easy it was to stick for 10 days! SW Rd 246 164.6 EW 161.8 I call that a huge success! Starting weight was a bit artificially inflated but I'm very happy with the results

I'm an emotional eater, particularly with stress I'm going to try the HALT, but what I have also found useful is just having to log everything. It makes me really think.

Exercise - Organized class twice a week, weight lift once a week, fun exercise on Saturdays (ice skating right now), get my steps up on days I don't exercise Nutrition - Add in more vegetables, add in a vegan lunch once a week, green smoothie 4-5x a week, going to focus on eating more from my own garden since I'm luckyβ¦

Goals - add in a plant based lunch once a week, green smoothies, track calories, keep up my workout schedule and meditate in the mornings. Losing weight would be great too - I have 20-25 extra lbs just hanging out, I would like to reduce the stress on my knees and hips. 15 lost this year would be amazing.

Yesterday was a bit of a battle to not have a drink at the end of the stressful day, but success AF Jan 2 of 2 days goal of 25 total
