hahahaha Yeah, that wasn't too clear of a sentence. Have you ever seen the little internet pictures of a buff babe with the saying "Do something today that you can thank yourself for in a year" or tomorrow, orrrr whatever. This is my one year from now, a whole year has passed and I AM in that place to thank myself!

You all look brilliant!! It's kind of amazing how we can be the same height, and all carry weight so differently.
-
My goals for 2014 feel VERY realistic! Goals= -lose between 5 and 15lbs -begin to tone -be able to at least 3 chin ups. (starting small there.)
-
Awesome!!! I started at about 180 and my goal weight is 125! I'm 5'6", pretty close stats! (Except IM still 135lbs.)
-
Sending all kinds of positivity in your direction! Here's to a hell of a story to tell your great grandchildren <3

180 sticks of butter. Oh lordy, I ingested that.
-
Hey! I'm slowly moving out of that category, but I'm 135lbs aiming for 130lbs (but I may possibly push it to 125lbs) Losing small amounts can be so difficult :(
-
yesterday I put on my tightest jeans that I haven't worn for a couple weeks. they're a size 27 with no stretch, usually I have a viking style war battle with them pulling them over my *kitten*, and wear a big sweater to hide my love handle bits. Yesterday, they were loose! LOOSE! haha

goodness, you should do motivational speeches. You ARE awesome!

My emotional help pal.com.... not. Stick to the boobs random downer person, don't be a nasty internet jerk.
-
not going to lie, I started at 180lbs at 5'6" with MAYBE B sized boobs. MAYBE. now at 135 I can't fill out my 34-B bra, and my friend told me the other day that if her boobs were as small as mine, she wouldn't even bother with a bra. Sigh :(
-
My weight is awful for that! One day I'll be 134 and the next day 142lbs, and then back down the next day. I hate it.
-
Birthday twinnnsssss!!!!!!!!!!!!

Age: 23 SW: 180 CW: 135 GW: 130 (maybe 125, we'll see when we get there!) Height: 5'6"

You are incredible!

I've found that you can't win no matter how hard you try. All you can aim for is to love yourself! When I was larger, I got lots of comments like "watch out, you can't eat that" or "you've got my genes" And when I was smaller I actually got asked by family members seriously if I was getting involved in drugs. Yeah, you…
-
I'd love to just add you in general! I'm 5'6" and 138lbs, aiming for 130lbs. I'm a sweet tooth for sure, and tend to get late night munchies. I can have an excellent day, and 20 minutes before sleeping, mess that whole day up!

Thanks guys, I think I must need to shake up my routine more. I've lost 8lbs since June by incorporating breakfast into my days, and snacking a LOT more. Just feeling like I need something new!

-
Hurray!!! You're so close to my goals! I started at 180 in march 2011, And met 140lbs this September! My goal is also 130lbs, I'm 5'6"
-
Eating breakfast has been the huge change for me!
-
I don't think I've ever come close to 4lbs/month. I'm usually around 1lb/month.
-
Exactly this! I also opened it because I'm in that category.. I'm 5'6" with 13lbs to lose (Currently 143lbs) But I agree, I'd say you've got to worry more about toning if you're unhappy.
-
If you're 5'6", it would be a terrible idea to lose 10lbs.
-
I wonder, have you talked to her fiance? It's his wedding too, maybe she wouldn't act so selfish if he talked to her.
-
How tall are you?! My 143 of softness has NOTHING on your 158 of pure sexiness
-
Brilliant! How tall are you? I started around 180, and am finally down to 143lbs aiming for 130lbs. I'm 5'6".
-
Hey Ladies! I'm 5'6" and 23. Started in 2011 on my slow slow weight lose journey at 180lbs Now 143lbs aiming for 130lbs. My profile picture shows my progress!
-
You look awesome!! This post has got me right stoked, I started at 150 in june, and I'm now closing in on 140, aiming for 130! I'm also 5'6" and I'm 23, I hope I look half as good as you in 5lbs!

I found that when I started REALLY exercising, like running and walking every single day for over a hour, My body retained it's water and I found that I also gained weight. I was at 160, and got to 155 with food changes, and then went up to 158 when I started running. Drink lots and LOTS of water, and keep plugging away.…
