They say that the weight you take the longest to get off will stay off, I don't know that's true, but with this slow rate I sure wish!

When we talk about size "0", we're referring to, like, Pants sizes, right? I've been wondering. I'm a size 28 pants, (That's a 6 I'm pretty sure) So would I be a size 6?

I agree with this. Making a big deal about her weight is going to make her weight concious for the rest of her life. Teach her about health and good food choices, not about counting calories. When I was 8-11 I put on a ton of weight... and then suddenly I GREW. Chances are she's about to get taller.

I'm a late night muncher too, it's AWFUL! I wonder if changing your mindset would work? Get really pumped for a cozy cup of green tea at the end of the night. And you can drink as much as you like, one steamy earthy antioxidant filled cup after another. Maybe it'll be good enough?

Don't Fret MFPal's! You can creep my diary and see I am a relatively good eater. I was mostly just interested in what people thought of this life style choice. I know girls who live on a basic mcdonalds diet who's bodies are tanned, tonned, and bikini ready. I often wonder if their diet will catch up to them.

Hide them in smoothies, Roast or even better.. grill them, cook them into dishes, like rice or sauces.... uhhhhhh I can't fathom... I love veggies. Alot. Especially Broccoli and asparagus.. and brussels sprouts. Ohhhh man. If any of my veggies are boiled or steamed, I drink the leftover water like a tea. So tasty! <3

I have 3 favourite salads; 1. Chef's salad, that awful thing. Packed with all the rejected meats and cheese and dressings... guuuhhh 2. Spinach, strawberry, pecan and goat cheese salad, with a light vinaigrette 3. Ice berg lettuce, little cubes of cheddar cheese, radishes, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, and a bit of ranch.…
