Maybe you have an intolerance or allergy to certain foods? Have you spoken with your doctor? You could be celiac or maybe need to be on a gluten free or dairy free diet?

I have the same issue too. Most days I'm around 800 calories, not including exorcize. People keep telling me to munch on peanut butter as snack. Mmm

I'm not sure exactly why. I've never been one to eat a whole lot, which is what I blame my weight gain on. Growing up, especially in highschool if I tried to eat breakfast I'd get really really nauseous... That's something I've been trying to work on with smoothies, and light breakfasts, but I still have a lot of issues…

I've recently read that granola and cereal bars hold the same amount of fat and sugar as a candy bar, but in half the size. I believe it :S

Foods that SUPPOSEDLY burn more calories than they have; celery oranges strawberries tangerines grapefruit carrots apricots lettuce tomatoes cucumbers watermelon cauliflower apples hot chili pepper zucchini Personally, I believe the celery, lettuce and chili peppers, but everything else?

@Amy I'm 5'6", and blush, thanks. I'm trying to make my goal to be mid-range in the healthy area of my BMI. At 150lbs I'm pretty close to the overweight area. Any one else have weirdness with their digi scales?

Incredible how our bodies are so different, I'm 5'6" and 149lbs and I can uncomfortably squeeze into no smaller than a 5. I usually wear a 7 pants and medium shirt.

Thanks for the input, I've been losing since 2011. From March 2011-March 2012 I've lost 35lbs, Took a break and started up again in October at where I am now.
