sorry I call lunch dinner. For my 60 mins of cardio. I do 30 walking and jogging (150 calories) and 30 on the cross trainer (300calories). I have also noticed I am not getting the right amount of calories also the hunger pains maybe a hint so I am going to eat some more grains to my day just had some oats with yoghurt.…
