You're deep in low calorie country here :) But I have to concur with the above, you have to have a calorie deficit. It's the first law of thermodynamics.

I eat 1200-1299 calories a day. I am a 24 year old 6" tall male. I find this works relatively quickly while stil allowing me to get all of the nutrients I need. Hope this helps. I had the same reaction a few years ago when I lost 80 lbs. The way I manage my hunger as well as my calories is by eating a great deal of vegetables, some fruit, and cheese/yoghurt. Yeah I always roll my eyes at it, "oh yeah right I will be 160 lbs in five weeks!" LOL But so far I have been proven wrong thankfully, perhaps I should take heart in it a bit more... but I suppose I'm often given to cynicism LOL

hit edit in the upper left and then a red circle appears beside items, touch it and it will ask you if you want to delete it. Hit delete and once you have repeated this as many times as you wish hit Done where the edit button was before.
