I'm going to try to do at least 2 weeks of taking the pill at 11am, and then will probably take a mini-break from it if I'm not seeing much of a difference. Good job with your consistent loss!   • @traceyinMI I forgot to add that Trokendri XR is marketed as a anti-seizure medication, but it often prescribed with phentermine for weight loss.
  • @traceyinMI I've read that Trokendri XR is often prescribed with phentermine. I did tell my doctor that I hadn't really lost anything in almost two weeks, which is why she added it. And heck yeah you can prove that stat wrong :)

  • Officially Graduated! Completed C25K W8D3 last night :) I kind of feel like a "cheater" because I did stop to tie my shoes, then again for about 10 seconds to catch my breath (it was HOT yesterday!). However, I did keep running longer than I needed too- so I think it still counts :)

  • Finished W8D1 last night :) My running schedule got all goofy from the days off Memorial Day Weekend. I'm going to try to do W8D2 tonight, only because Saturday it's suppose to be in the 90's. Haven't yet tried running 2 days in a row, we'll see how this goes!
