  • @ronjsteele1, I did gain a little weight (10ish lbs, but my weight fluctuates a TON)- but I was also wasn't being active or strictly logging my food. I do feel like I could use another "boost" to get me closer to my goals.
  • My doctor took me off it, because after a while it wasn't working anymore. I've been off it for about three months, I may ask at my next appointment to be able to try it again! Keep your fingers crossed for me!
  • I've been off Phentermine too, for just about a month. I was at the point where it was no longer working for me. I've started on the Keto Diet (High Fat, Moderate Protein, Low Carb), which is really working great so far. I may ask my doctor to go back on it in a few months, but so far- so good!

  • My boyfriend Jesse (@jgelbaugh17) and I have lost 100lbs together in the last year! :) His picture was from January, 2016, mine from September 2015. What a difference a year makes!

  • I've noticed that I seem to like the phen with the smaller blue dots better than the bigger blue dots. Not sure what manufacturer it is, but it's interesting!
