My 30th birthday is Friday and my goal was to be under 130 by then... I'm sure that's not going to happen but I'm going to try to stay on track all week. I ate out for every meal this weekend >_< lol I didn't eat too badly in the scheme of things though.. I was out of town so pretty much stuck to one meal a day.1 -

Must have been holding onto some water weight from eating poor over the previous weekend. I worked out 5X last week (I'm a cross-fitter ). Just need to get my diet in check

I wasn't expecting to see a loss at all so I'll take it! I ate like garbage all weekend and probably drank too much but I had a wonderful birthday weekend and no regrets. Back on the horse today!
