    Yeah not a good update... again. I had a bad weekend... I'm up 5 pounds since Saturday :(

    @DananaNanas, You do know it's fluid retention. My remedy is hot lemon water in the mornings. Fresh parsley steeped in hot water, 20mins, drink cooled. Fresh parsley included in salads. Any or all everyday while needed.

    •3/21- 136ish (This was my starting weight for a weight loss challenge at work, I was 138.8 fully clothed)

    Lol yeah it is irritating. I've been dealing with fluid retention for 2 months. I just bought a fresh bunch of parsley and bag of lemons today :p

    •5/21 - 199.6 - I made my goal weight on May 17th, now I'm dealing with fluid retention. My weight went back up to 200.2 the next day then down to 199.8, 199.2, 199.6. I'll just have to wait it out. One more week to go!

    *5/28 - 196.6 - WHOA. My weight took a nose dive overnight due to high stress and undereating.

    *5/29 - 198.2 - That's a normal one day loss. I ate over 2000 calories yesterday, enough to recoup a couple of days of undereating due to no appetite.
