I find I actually drink more water when at work.. so I think if you pace yourself you should be good. :) A healthy bladder makes for healthy kidneys. :)

Wow, our goals are very similar! I go back to school on August 22nd... I can't wait to be more energetic. So far this summer I am down 14 lbs... so my goal is to get down another 40. I know I can do it!! :)

I thought it was carbs and protein are both 4 calories, and fat is 9.
