I used to have hot and cold, with up to four daily shots of espresso. Having coffee so much made it bad on the weekends when I wasn't working, mass headaches. Now I have my homemade latte with 2 tsp of florida crystals and about 1/4 cup of vanilla soy or sometimes almond milk. Black coffee I can do but I must have it…

I've recently gone veggie. I had little take on meat because I was super picky, so I decided to just let it go. I use some Morningstar and Gardein products. I really would like more ideas on how to go about this.

Hello to everyone. Congrats on all progress towards our goals! I guess I'm "NEW" again. I've had MFP for about two years and this time round I'm using it almost daily, 15lbs lost so far another 20-25 to go. It feels good to log in everything as I go. Add me as a friend. :smile:
