Not in most. But, some have a breastfeeding area with a couch or chairs. And a changing table. And some have little toilets for kids.

Glad you can still have a sense of humor. Although it's maybe just sarcasm.

People that have oral sex. That's all I am hearing.
-
Does suckers mean happy people that have lots of sex, companionship, fun, support one another through life's challenges. Suckers is referring to the oral sex, I guess. Marriage is for people that have oral sex.

Me too. I'm too focused. I have never noticed anyone doing anything dangerous. And I don't know enough to help them. Certain dance form I do know, but people aren't going to hurt themselves. If the opportunity presents I will give a little tip about correct hip alignment.

The issue I had was that I signed up at a gym. I got a two year membership because it was less expensive. Then I decided to start free weights. Then I couldn't get any personal training to get help on form. I wanted to pay for it. But, they would not do any short 3 session packages for me to try it out and see how much…

I hope you get well soon. That sounds terrible. We are sick too. Always happens when the kids first go back to school.

I'm on the west coast.

Yeah, four years ago my husband did an assessment of what he perceived to be my activity level and accounted for my low body fat. He came up with that I could eat up to 2300. And he was right based on my experience. I was losing weight at 1800 to 1900. Mfp would set me lower.

I do understand. My mother has thin, fine hair and she needs to wash it every day. I also have friends that do as well.

For some people mfp sets the calories too low. Even the highest activity level is too low for me. Even when I was injured, so I was sedentary. And the exercise calories option isn't the best for everyone if they log all their exercise at the end of the day. The TDEE method based on calculations outside of mfp has worked…

My favorite steamed: lots of carrots, a little broccoli, a little butternut squash, a lot of mixed greens: Red chard (my favorite), red kale, collard greens. Sometimes I add a little parsnips. I put olive oil on them. The carrots add sweetness. Red Cabbage is another option.

I'm in Canada

That makes a lot of sense. I didn't think of that. I'm a dancer, so I am used to having my form corrected, and then needing to quickly incorporate the change. But, weights are very different.

I didn't drink for a year. Tried a glass of wine. Made me sick. It's now been over three months since then. You can do it. In the past I didn't drink for a decade.

Personally, I would be glad if someone wanted to help me with form. But, everyone is different. You could try saying Hi. Maybe a little small talk about weight lifting during rest time. Ask them if they would like any help with form because sometimes it helps to get some outside feedback. That's an option. And back off if…

If I eat dairy I get cystic acne. This only started after being overtreated with antibiotics (and another medical injury). However, I do eat a high quality fermented kefir in pretty high quantities every day without that reaction. Though sometimes I do have a histamine reaction (also from the medical injuries). There are…

The calories that mfp sets are just one calculation. I personally had a big problem with undereating by following mfp. I did the TDEE method (fat2fitradio is a good calculator). But, even with that I need to eat in the athlete range of 2000 to 2300 calories a day to maintain my weight. Whether I exercise or not. I'm 5'2",…

I know people keep saying that. But, she is just getting a little support.

I have problems with auto-immune inflammation also (according to my Rheumatologist). It definitely makes it challenging. Especially when I spontaneously develop pain (not triggered by an injury). I have had certain challenges all of my life. But, I managed it. But, it only got bad this past year. And I tried to jump back…

Never for us. If I even try to imagine my life without him I think that maybe we could still be best friends, and then eventually it's us living together, as best friends, and still having sex because that would work the best. And then I realize I can't even imagine being divorced. I asked my husband. He said his life…

My older daughter is definitely going the way of the nerds. The other one is young, so we will see.

I'm in BC also for a decade. But grew up in the states. So, in BC the drinking age is lower. But, the alcohol laws are stricter.
-
I guess you are right. I just misinterpreted some of the replies in which people couldn't believe that people don't wash their hair every day. Panties in a bunch isn't a correct description. I forgot I wrote that. I should have thought of a better way to say what I was thinking. But, probably I just misunderstood anyway. I…

My personal history is: Grew up in a family with lots of alcoholism and drug addiction. Alcohol became a part of my life at a young age. I started drinking at 14. It made me feel sick a lot. I could never keep up with how much everyone drank and how much they wanted to drink. And I got too drunk easily. I also couldn't…

No, it's ok. Sorry to hear that. I hope things improve with age. You must be a good Dad! I know how difficult it can be from hearing from friends. I was thinking about this parenting thing. I really enjoyed every stage of parenting. But, then also happy they grow and we move into new stages as well. I have my challenging…

Hi

You can count on mfp to find people getting their panties in a bunch because they just found out that everyone in the world doesn't wash their hair everyday. People are always getting upset because we aren't all exactly the same with the same exact thoughts and lifestyles. But, this?
-
I don't feel that way about the days. Sometimes we get busy with work and I wish we had more time together. But, I enjoy all the time we do get. And the fun we have together. And the support we give each other during life challenges. Especially now that our kids are older. Though I enjoy all the different ages of parenting.

I dress up to go to the school parade, then to trick or treat with the kids, and to hand out candy. I will never take the kids to the mall trick or treat again. It gets my older daughter so grumpy. She hates how crowded it is. I only go to a party when it's not on actual Halloween. Halloween is for my kids. I do enjoy the…
