So the site tells me to eat 1200 cals a day, i'm 5'3, and weigh about 135,and when I exercise to eat about 300 more( or whatever it is that I burned), isn't that defeating the purpose of excersising? I agree, the diet hot coccoa works for me!!! i love it, and its 60 cals for the no sugar added, or 25 cals for the diet Swiss Miss that is!
