RE: barely a workout...I have been taking Zumba classes with a GOOD instructor and still drip sweat and breath hard every time. We had a Master class the other day and a woman's HRM said 905 calories burned.

I could not get over the smell of these noodles! My mother loves them and talks all about the dishes she gets to enjoy, while I pay 100s of calories for a tiny bowl of spaghetti. But, by the time I'm done rinsing them, I've lost my appetite. Any tips?
