Hi there, I've been seeing the same problem with my food diary. I believe that if you are within your calorie goal and the sugar intake is more from a natural source like fruits and veggies or from low fat dairy I wouldn't worry about it. Hope this helps :happy:

Love these kind of topics.....I think most of us can relate. I'm already dreading having "employee" appreciation day next week where, since I'm a supervisor I have to help pay for pizza and wings but worst of all I have to bring in a cake:ohwell: !

It's such a shame you had such a bad experience on MFP....I have found just the opposite. Not only when I post a question to I get great positive and helpful feedback but I have "friends" who are always there to give me a boost when I need it.
