I struggle with the answers to this. So, I'm curious to see what others say. Currently, I have my settings so that my daily caloric intake is 1200. Well, I workout 5 days a week, so those 5 days I 'should' be eating more. But, in the past, in order to really lose the weight, I didn't calculate my exercise in. But, I also…
