Day 4, don't want to get up this morning to exercise but I did. I finished my workout and ate a healthy breakfast. Lunch will be tricky because my co-workers and I will go out for lunch. I will be good today and planning to stick to my calories. Good luck everyone.

It's my 3rd day of counting and getting up early to exercise. Really having difficult time. I was able to get to my lowest weight which was 128 lbs a year ago and after that I just stopped counting and just exercising if I have time. Then my clothes won't fit anymore. I eat it with few slices of fresh pineapple. I don't like cottage cheese either but I eat them because of the nutrients.

I always incline and hold the rail or I'll fall. If you are sweating, you got a great work out there. Strength training is great. Keep doing what you are doing.

I'm struggling with sodium intake too. The more I eat sodium, the more I retain water. I have been trying to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and less on the process foods. It seem to help. Plus when my husband and I cook at home, we can control the sodium on the food. Eating out is really hard, the food seems to always…

You are very brave. I asked my husband to take a picture of me too and almost cried. Everytime I look at my photos it gives me motivation to eat healthy and exercise. We can do it! The one the helps me was buying the heart rate monitor and a food weighing scale. Good luck on your weight loss!

This is my favorite Cucumber Salad. Simple and easy. One cucumber slice Distilled white venigar Red wine venigar Salt A pinch of sugar Black pepper Mixed all ingredients. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
