Can someone bully themselves? Lol, if it's inspiration you need, what about clothes? Is there something you'd really like to wear? I'd say buy it and work at it until you can fit in it the way you want to. Do a challenge. I'm doing a 21 day no junk challenge. It seems to have kick started me.

They're harder for me too. We always seem to go out to eat or go to a friend's house and have drinks. I find that if I STICK with the logging and am very very good on the days when I am at home, then that helps.

I really need to get a measuring tape. The one from the garage doesn't work lol. I can tell in my clothes, but I'd like to have a more accurate measure. It would help me when I get discouraged from that damn scale too. I need to stay off the scale.

If a pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat then it would make sense that a cubic foot of muscle would weigh more than a cubic foot of fat. I have gained muscle, I can see it in my legs and arms.

That's a good idea. I think maybe I'm putting too much into the actual weight. I have noticed that my clothes are fitting differently. I need to get a tape measure. I wish I had thought of that when I first started working out!

I never thought about logging the whole day ahead of time. I do log before I eat a meal. Good idea!

I may have one. One of my biggest problems is guesstimating fruit. A large gala apple is 80 calories. A small gala apple is 80 calories. Come on!

I went back and looked and there were some days that I didn't log completely. I had forgotten about those :) The last couple of weeks have been a bit hectic. I always seem to forget to log on the weekends too, but I don't over-do it. I am going to try and make an effort to log ALL of the time and all of the foods I eat.…

The "white rule" is not longer really a rule. It used to be that they said you couldn't wear white after labor day unless it was winter white. That's not true anymore. Rock the white!

That's enough for me. My hair does what it does and I don't really do anything to it. I can do makeup in 5-7 if I have to. I also brush my toofs and put on smell well.
