I scramble them before I walk out the door and reheat them in the microwave for a minute when I get here. They're a little "rubbery", but not horrible.

How about them old fashioned 'bicycles' -- you know, where you lay on your back and move your legs in a bicycle motion? They're vicious, work your abs, *AND* get your heart rate up.
