I finally got a new bike and very excited to ride!

Be easy on yourself the first week or so... Your butt is going to hurt at first so you might want to bike every other day in the beginning. If you're only biking 20 minutes or less you might be fine but if you're biking 45min to an hour to work you'll feel it at first. Have fun!!

A form roller might help. It'll hurt at first but after using it for a few times you'll feel better.
