  • Most organisations in Australia do now have BMI requirements. I can imagine there still would be a few who don't but you would have to do your research.   • Thanks Malcolm, I haven't noticed many, majority of users weigh in pounds so I thought it would make it easier for them to convert it, as that's what I usually find myself doing with their posts to get a better idea of scale.
  • I have an 8 month old and an 18 month old so I can relate to being busy mum with limited time for herself. As above, log everything, it really does help. And drink drink drink water as much as you can, not only does it help your body, but helps keep hungry pains at bay and does wonders for your skin ❤️
  • Try drinking water with lemon. I know its hard but try and stay focused on the end result and your goals ❤️

  • I've lost 2 bloodhounds, a 2 month old horse, a chihuahua and a guinea pig.... that's a lot of missing pets. Haha.
