I am aware of this and I know you can't spot reduce. I have done her other DVDs and was wondering if the results are as good with this one as they are the others.

Do not reward yourself with food. You are not a dog! And my husband's saying for my calorie intake: "If it fits, it sh!ts" Yeah, both very inspirational.... :)

I eat EVERYTHING I want and I have been for my whole entire weight loss journey. How? Moderation. Cleaner eating, yes, but I'm still not going to deny myself of things I enjoy. I've hit a loss of 25lbs. GO MODERATION!

I started taking them this morning with a protein shake and had no problem with nausea. I know if I didn't have that shake, though, it would have been bad...

I've lost 20+lbs just by starting the simple things and it escalated from there!

Skinny Girl! I'm not sure what exactly it is, but it's ready-to-drink. I've only had it once and it's around 38 calories per serving!! Mojito, Mango, and others The average flavored vodka is about 60 or so calories per 1 ounce (a shot). I mix strawberry vodka with (sugar free) tropical punch kool-aid!

Oh, and I don't follow fads and the only advice I've taken is to eat better :) Although you will see Pizza Hut and fast food on occasion but its within 1200 a day. Portion control!

1200 calories a day and cleaner eating. I still eat my chocolate and drink my beer but keep it in my goal. I started off working out 6-7 days a week and now I'm at about 4 days a week. I don't lift heavy but use 5-8lb weights. That's my secret!

Its not necessarily what I see in the mirror, but how I FEEL. Its like I'm still feeling that 24lbs hanging around. Of course there are things that have changed since closing weight- endurance, clothes fitting, etc. But not how I mentally feel....

First things first, every body reacts differently. When I hit a plateau, I didn't change anything. I continued to do what I had been doing (1,200 calories a day and exercising 6 days a week) and started losing again. My plateau hit for about 3 weeks. I'm not losing weight AS fast as I was, but it is still gradual. Upping…

I think it's a personal preference. I roller blade and LOVE it! It DOES burn an enormous amount of calories in a short period of time. The best part is that it's fun and you spend more time doing it!
