Zumba is the best! But you really get out of it what you put into it. If youre lazy you didnt burn the 500-600 calories, putting in the effort really makes it benneficial. I love group workouts because they always push me to work harder than everyone around me,

I just think about how good i feel when im done. Running is the only thing that helps me keep the fat off and stay toned. I know how amazing it feels to have run and feel toned and strong. that's what keeps me going.

I didnt just join but im working now on connecting to the myfitnesspal community. My name is megan, im 17 years old and 5'6 i currently weigh 142 lbs and i dont care as much how i weigh but more what i feel comfortable with. I love to run and im definitely going for the toned look.
