Looks about right to me. We are about the same height but I have way more weight to lose so I am going for more each week. Definitely eat back those exercise calories and remember its not a sprint. I started this a few weeks ago and did the first 3 weeks. I never tried week 4 and its been 2 weeks since I've run. I think I will try again and see where I need to go back to. Hopefully not week 1! Determined to finish this time!!!
