So happy to have found this group! I started OMAD today. At 5'9" I am currently 188 lbs. My happy weight is 145-150 lbs, but it's been about 20 years since I've seen that on anything but my driver's license! When I was younger and didn't have weight issues or worry constantly about food, I naturally only ate once a day…

If there is a specific exercise I want to try, I check out YouTube. I try to watch several different videos, because not everyone who posts a video has a clue about what they are doing. After exercise, you can either shower at the gym or wipe off with babywipes.

Weekends are much easier for me. At work, everyone has food. At home, my husband doesn't eat much.

I like bagged salads, but they always go bad on me. I'm a new covert to mason jar salads. http://www.organizeyourselfskinny.com/2014/03/17/the-ultimate-mason-jar-salad-tutorial-and-recipe-round-up/

Try a small cooler with grapes that you have already removed from the stems, carrots cut into small, round slices, and sliced cucumbers.

It would never be accurate for me, because it starts out "If every day were like today...." I NEVER have the exact same calories/exercise every day.

Why not? My brother and I both played with trucks and dolls when we were growing up. We have both become productive, well-adjusted adults. Mostly. :)
