Hello everyone. I'm 65, and I need to lose about 50 pounds. I've played at dieting for years, but I have to get serious. I hope this group will encourage me and I can offer it back too.

Ice cream.... I'd eat it every meal if I let myself. The large Dairy Queen Vanilla shake @ 860 calories yesterday made me want to scream at myself. (have to say it was yummy, but didn't need all those calories!)
