I agree with the other person that said go low carb. Low carbs and plenty of water, and you'll be well on your way to what you worked so hard for. The weight you put on will fall off quickly, plus it's not unhealthy to go low carb as long as you eat enough calories. Good luck!

I had the same problem. So I went out and bought kids soccer shin guards and wear them on my forearms with the stirrup between my thumb and fingers. Works like a charm!

I looked at your food diary and you are not on Atkins. Are you drinking the coconut oil? 50 g. is a lot of oil. Also, the marscapone cheese will not keep you full like another piece of chicken would. And the double cream, I googled that because I had never heard of it, and it compared it to creme fraiche here in the US.…

I just started "The Firm Express - Thin in 30" this week. You're supposed to do one 20 minute video 3X a week and there's another "bonus" 20 minute workout that I plan on doing 2X a week.
