for as hard as u work with these workouts you would think u are burning more calories!

kept telling myself to get up off the couch and push play. and of of course life took over(kids crying, people coming over) that least to say i didnt accomplish doing the fit test yesterday. So ill try for it today.

i loved cardio recovery! Ans I looked forward to it every week I dreaded everything else the first two weeks are the hardest in my opinion. I would also modify the moves cause it will kill your knees. It took about 2 wks for my knee to recover after week 3. As long as you keep moving thats what counts. keep your heart rate…

It is insaine to say the least:) I loved the rush id feel after a hard workout I hot thru week 3 and started week 4 when I had to put my dog down and I fell and hurt my elbow really bad so of course it took awhile to heal.. it does'nt feel right yet but is a lot better. If you are just starting i would modify the moves…
