Is it all carbs, or mainly gluten that you can't eat. Fruits and vegetables do have carbs, usually in the form of fructose, but carrots and bananas particularly are starches.

Hi Dino, By 1200 calories do you mean that's what you net a day, or that you eat 1200 and exercise -1000 to net 200 a day?

I totally agree that the key to everything is moderation. But did you know you get the same health benefits from red grapes that you get from red wine? I still consume more wine than I do grapes, just sayin.

To keep he caffeine but lose the sugar and chemicals, I drink iced tea. Tea has more caffeine than soda but less than coffee. At work I steep a tea bag in a mug then pour it over ice. You control the sweetener. I prefer unsweetened tea, but you can use stevia, splenda, equal or even sugar and you're still better off than…
