this is really helpful for me because I have been stuck at the same 3lb range for about 3 1/2 weeks now! grrr it is so frustrating! i've been switching up my workouts and eating healthier and cleaner but my body just refuses!!! I have at LEAST 15 more lbs to go and I'm not sure how I can get past this!

What are your workouts looking like? Have you tried swimming b/c of the ruptured disc?

I learned the hard way! I thought I was doing good by getting a bag of trail mix. I'd go to work and eat it. then look at the calorie count + servings and I consumed approx 600 calories!!!! I began ziploc bagging 1 serving and i've been doing well so far.

Actually many snacks are low calorie and healthy if you eat ONE serving. Try ziploc bagging up snacks that you love that aren't fatty.
