weight fluctuates often, personally mine does. I can weigh low in the morning and weigh 5 pounds more the next morning. don't be too concerned just pick a scale and try to weigh yourself the same time once a week on the same scale.

I take a wheat tortilla and place it in the oven for several minutes until almost crunchy, then I take it out and spread a thin coat of basil paste on, add fresh mozzarella and thin tomato slice, salt and pepper, then place it back in oven for another 3-5 mins until cheese is melted. It is crunchy and yummy!

Just some advise if I may. Loss weight for yourself and your heath, not for bragging rights. Don't weigh yourself everyday once a week should do it...I don't know what your stats are but find your tdee and - 20%. for your calories! good luck my fitness friend
