super long hair will age her unless she is in her twenties...she should cut about 7 in. It will still be considered long!

Cut it...Not short!! you can.have long hair without it being to your butt. It looks pretty and healthy but could use an update. My bf is over 40 and still sports her super long hair and I think it makes her face look older.

Funny....I don't sweat tons either! I work out with a partner and we do almost the same thing, he is dripping wet and his shirt is wet. He has more weight to lose then me. I have never soaked a shirt that's for sure! In the summer my face sweats a bit more but in the winter some days I barley have to wipe my brow..

Weight especially for women can fluctuate and mine can go 5 pounds in either direction. just keep sticking with it and don't let the scale discourage you. For that very reason I do not weigh myself everyday. Once a week at the most

I have enjoyed reading everyone's thoughts. I too am having the same problem . I don't have a scale and I just figure I must be under estimating how much I eat and over estimating exercise. I am not as tall as you. I am 5'9 and I agree that the height is a advantage and hides weight well. I am currently 160 but would like to lose 10-15 pounds. I am in a size 10 tall, Feel free any tall girls to add me as a friends for support!

I don't log anything, my fitbit adjustment does the logging for me, unless it a swim. I think you are doubling up on what you burned. I just let the fitbit do it's thing.

Are you double logging or just letting the fitbit adjustment log for you? I see people on here logging exercise as well as having the fitbit adjustment.
