I think getting to the gym is the worse and the hardest part. But try a Zumba or a Spin class. I myself love the elliptical glide. Don't over-do the exercise from the beginning. Gradually increase time and/or intensity. I love food too. I think this is a good place to track what you eat. Good luck!
