I want to turn the pouch below my belly button into muscle :bigsmile: and tone and shrink my triceps so my arms don't waddle when i wave. Slowly I'm getting what i want but not there yet.:tongue:

Soda! I go for the Walmart no sodium no sugar no caffeine one. I think its called free and clear.

Anything partially hydrogenated is on my no's list :sick: and any mono amd polyunsaturated fats on my yes list.:wink:

I use a whole can of tuna on toasted bread with iceburg lettuce. The high protein in the tuna will give you a good fuller filling. And throw some fat free low sugar yogurt in there like kroger brand "carbmaster" yogurt.. its really goid and good for you. Try using a wheat bread with flax seed to feel fuller too.…
